Two Separate Steps: Phone Validation and Investor Verification
OTP validation and additional investor verification are different checks. Each enquiry is classified before delivery according to how far it progressed.
Phone Validation Through OTP
OTP confirms that the person completing the form has access to the submitted mobile number. It does not confirm final purchase intent.
- A one-time passcode is sent to the submitted mobile number
- The enquiry proceeds only once the passcode is confirmed
- Duplicate and repeat submission checks are applied
- Investor market is matched to campaign criteria
- Budget range and general timeframe are captured
- Consent to be contacted is recorded
Additional Investor Verification
A direct contact attempt made before delivery to confirm what the investor is actually looking for.

Two Clearly Defined Enquiry Statuses
Qualified Investor Enquiry
OTP validatedThe enquiry passed the agreed campaign criteria, completed OTP mobile phone validation, provided an investment budget and general timeframe, consented to receive relevant contact and passed duplicate checks. Immediate additional verification was not completed before delivery.
Verified Investor Enquiry
Verified before deliveryThe enquiry passed all Qualified criteria and additionally confirmed the enquiry, property investment interest, budget range, general timeframe and willingness to receive an English-language follow-up.

- Late engagement may be reported without changing the price

Status Is Determined Before Delivery
The verification status and commercial price of an enquiry are locked before it is sent and are never changed retroactively. Verification rates vary by traffic source, investor market and investor response behaviour, so no verification rate is guaranteed. Verification confirms that an enquiry meets the agreed criteria; it does not guarantee that a property transaction will be completed.
