The information on this website is provided for general information about our managed lead acquisition and distribution service. It does not form an offer or a contract. We may update the content and the services described at any time.

Enquiries and the contractor pilot

Submitting a form does not create an agreement. Eligibility for the contractor pilot depends on service category, coverage area and current availability, and is confirmed by us in writing.

Partner Engine provides leads from homeowners who have expressed interest in a relevant service. We do not guarantee bookings, completed jobs, revenue or any particular outcome. Contacting, qualifying, quoting and converting each enquiry remains the responsibility of the contractor, as does compliance with the laws and standards applying to their own work.

Commercial terms

Delivery model, volume, pricing and any replacement or credit arrangements are agreed separately in writing before ongoing delivery begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Partner Engine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
