Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Partner Engine handles personal information collected through this website and through our managed lead acquisition and distribution activity.

Who operates Partner Engine

Partner Engine is a managed lead acquisition and distribution business serving the UK home-services market. Partner Engine is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Privacy queries can be sent to sean@partnerengine.co.

What information we collect

Why we collect it

We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business contact and service delivery, on consent where a homeowner has agreed to be contacted about a relevant service, and on legal obligation where record keeping is required.

Sharing homeowner details with contractors

Where a homeowner has expressed interest in a service, their enquiry details may be shared with a matched local contractor so that the contractor can respond, qualify the enquiry and provide a quotation.

Depending on the delivery model agreed for that campaign, an enquiry may be sent to a single contractor on an exclusive basis, or to more than one contractor on a shared basis. The applicable model is confirmed before delivery begins, and the receiving contractor acts as an independent controller of the information it receives.

We also use service providers such as website hosting, email and form-processing providers, who process information on our instructions.

How long we keep information

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email sean@partnerengine.co. We will respond within one month.

Objecting to marketing

You can object to marketing at any time by emailing sean@partnerengine.co with the word “Unsubscribe”, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will stop marketing contact promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
